This artwork is inspired by the discovery that the Cromwell valley was once a sweeping plain of Kowhai.

The vibrant and delicate drape of the native kowhai nestles within robust branches of bunched lemons and the elegant trails of lily and weeping birch. Yellowing pears line the decaying ledge from an historic Cromwell ruin and Monarch butterflies perch cheekily amidst the decadent falls of colour lying against the decaying limed stone wall.

Limited Editions are custom framed to the highest level of excellence by Harrisons Framing, Mount Maunganui using sustainable New Zealand Timber and art glass. 

Please allow 3-4 weeks for your artwork to be printed, framed and delivered by courier to you.

As our frames are all custom made to order, we currently do not accept exchanges. If you are unsure about framed artwork, we encourage you to contact us and we will be happy to assist.

 

Our promise to you
